Things That Eased My Anxiety: Communication Edition (And how you can do them too)

I was on YouTube looking for a workout to do when a What's App notification popped up.

I don't always love working out, and I'd find any excuse not to do it, so I didn't check the message because I didn't want to be distracted and decided to reply when I finished.

I found a video I liked and completed my workout but decided to do a couple of chores and hop in the shower before checking my message. Once I was out of the shower, I knew I would climb back into bed and watch Netflix, and I'd be able to talk uninterrupted.

There were probably 90 minutes between when the first notification popped up and when I finally opened What's App. By this time, I'd received another message.

"Hey", read the first message.
